Brian Cole is the Practice Leader of the Medical Device Specialty Practice at Kaye/Bassman International. Brian joined the firm in 2010 after merging his recruiting firm, Medical Device Recruiters, into the Kaye/Bassman organization. He started Medical Device Recruiters in 2004 and the company quickly became a leading recruiting firm within the Medical Device industry. He began his career within the Medical Device industry in 1991, working for Lukens Medical Corporation.

Brian earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Accounting from West Texas State University in 1987. He started his professional career by working for a Big 8 CPA firm, and received his CPA License in 1989.

Brian and his wife Tina live in Heath, Texas. They have 3 daughters in college, a son in the Marines and a son still at home.
